Odd Job Need Help With Purchase and Shipping

I live out of state in the state of Arizona but I was looking at purchasing something off of facebook marketplace that weighs 30 lbs but the seller is too lazy to ship the damn thing to me even if I offer to pay for it all. Looking for someone that can go in person to buy the item I want (more details will be provided when contacted) package the items up then ship them to me. Will pay part in advance then the rest when provided proof that the item is in the post office prior to shipping of the item.
