I am looking to rehome Maggie. She is an F1 Great Weimar. Maggie just turned 2 years old on April 4th. She is a very loving dog. She has had 1 litter of puppies (15). She is not aggressive with other dogs however since having her litter of pups she has became aggressive towards her own mother sally who is a Great Dane and is also alpha of our pack. Maggie was sold as a puppy but was returned to us due to owners downsizing when she was about a year a half old. They did not spay her and she went into heat about 6 days after getting her back home which resulted in puppies from one of our other Danes. Now she fights with Sally (her mother) for alpha. Maggie would do great in a home that doesn’t have other dogs. I know the previous owners had chihuahuas but I have never seen her around small dogs so I don’t know her temperament towards them, cats, or small children. Maggie is potty trained and crate trained and does well when left alone in or out of a crate. I am looking to rehome her as I fear for the safety of both her and sally. I am asking a $200 rehoming fee for Maggie. She is up to date on all vaccines but does need to be spayed still.
