The cleaning/packing crew performs the process of packing and moving contents out of a home or commercial building that has been damaged by fire or water. We have a sincere drive toward the goal of helping make fire and water damage “Like it never even happened®!” Primary Responsibilities Inventory and list all customer's contents Carefully clean and pack all contents Take pictures of each box packed Load packed boxes and large items onto the truck Unload packed boxes and large items from the truck into storage space Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times Communicate with pack-out supervisor and other crew members to maintain an efficient pack-out process Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave Jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance Position Requirements Effective oral communication Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred High school diploma/GED Valid driver's license Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen subject to applicable law Pay Rate Competitive pay based on experience.
