Mama cat & 5 week old kittens

Is there any person out there that can take in a mama cat and 5 week old kittens? The kittens have eye issues and I don't have time to take care of them anymore. Mama is a stray I've been feeding her she's friendly. You can have their eye drops. I can also give you the rest of their liquid and powder replacement milks. 2 of them have their eyes getting better. The little runt of the litter needs more attention and more help with one of her eyes.
