All Star Labor & Staffing is currently hiring for a Fermentation Technician for a local kombucha company in Bend. Payrate is $19.15/hr Shift will be four 10 hour shifts, with flexibility on the hours and days working. This is a temp 2 hire position. Pay increase and full benefits offered once hired on. The technician would ideally have some sort of production experience (fermentation, brewing, mixing, lab experience, etc.) but they are open to reviewing all candidate that are dedicated, friendly, reliable, and eager to learn. The technician will be brewing the tea, fermenting it into kombucha, and finishing the product with flavor and carbonation in the most effective and efficient way. Prefers someone with strong communication skills, ability to work independently or part of a team, and lift up to 50lbs.
