HUGE Community Yard Sale! The Residences at the Manor will be hosting our annual Springfest Community Yard Sale on Saturday, June 11th from 8am-1pm. There will be food trucks, games, and a charity carwash as well. Sellers and vendors are welcome! Call the leasing office at to sign up for a free table by May 31st. Set up will begin at 7am on June 11th. Must be set up by 8am to guarantee your spot. Rain or shine so you are welcome to bring a canopy.
