I am the owner of a boutique catering company and I am looking to grow my team. I am seeking on call event staff (Cooks, Servers, Bartenders, Dishwashers), this position would be an as needed independent contractor type job. We do all types of events, large and small, mostly on weekends but we have an occasional weekday event as well. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. My staff works really well together and I am looking for people who are motivated, team players and easy to get along with. No drama, no big egos! Starting pay is $20/hr. with potential for performance based raises.
