I have a one story home I would like the 3 tab shingles removed and the felt paper removed and hauled away, I would like to have felt paper drip edge and 3 tab shingles re installed. All vent stacks should be re used and painted the color of the roof. There is no wood repair that I know of. I believe the house is about 25 square but I have not had it measured yet. I am looking a for a crew to complete this in under 2 days tops. I will buy felt, paint for stacks, drip edge and shingles and they will be sitting in the yard. You will need to have your own nailer and nails. I am willing to pay 65.00 a square for the tear off, haul off and install. I will pay cash when completely finished potentially a partial if not complete end of first day. You will only be paid for what is installed so if you say 30sq and there are 5 sq left in the drive way you will be paid for 25 square. This will be the first of three houses on the same block, which will start back to back.
