We're seeking a licensed HVAC company in the San Antonio area that can handle 10+ system retrofits per week. We are a home service marketing and referral business, with many years in the industry. We already run this with HVAC contractors in some markets in Florida. We're now expanding into other states. The Way It Works: We send phone calls and form appointment requests directly to your office. These are very high-quality leads of buyers actively looking for a new AC system. They are sent only to you. You book the quote appt and go out and close the sale. Then, every time you install one of these systems, you pay us a referral fee of $1000 - you pay only on systems that sell and install. No customer sale, no fee to pay. And no upfront cost to you. However, you must be scheduling and closing the sales at an above-average pace to keep the leads coming to your company. With the right contractor, it is a mutual win-win for both of us. Requirements: • HVAC license • competitive pricing (They are often shopping for a second quote) • customer financing (helps sales closing rate) • offer popular brands; Goodman, Rheem, etc. • have sales closers • handle 5+ quote appts a day • dedicated customer service people answering phones and booking the calls. • must be able to handle same-day appointments for quotes. • must be able to do same-day or next-morning installs.
