Our property management company oversees the operations of more than 100 properties across the Chicago land area. We’re currently in need of an experienced and ambitious Maintenance contractor for our scattered site locations. Our properties are meticulously maintained and efficiently controlled so that our clients and their tenants receive the best possible service. As a representative of our company, you’ll be responsible for meeting our internal standards. Responsibilities Establish rapport with tenants so they always feel valued and appreciated Handle paper work for management company Clean interior and exterior of building common areas Paint and turnover units as needed Repair fail list for owners housing authority Janitorial / Handy man skills Painting Plumbing Electrical Hvac Carpentry 5+ years’ experience in residential remodeling Excellent communication and time management skills Well-developed customer service Be able to work independently, and efficient capable or emailing and logging time and work into app Must have your own smart phone, transportation and own tools Text messages is preferred 224-305-0225 Or apply here Compensation will be discussed on a case by case scenario depending on experience and skill, bonus commissions also included with pay. $18-25 hourly
