Jersey City NJ construction & property management company hiring full time experienced CONSTRUCTION LABORERS for UNDERGROUND UTILITIES, STREET GRADING, TRAFFIC FLAGGING, GEN'L SITE WORK. Our company has decades of designing, building, managing modern midrise & high rise luxury residential projects. Long term employee opportunity, multiple projects underway & approved. **Great Pay for Great Skills & Experience** THE JOB • Teamwork digging, trenching, excavating, clearing for excavation & installation of underground water & utility systems, re-grading local streets & ground areas, working side by side with heavy equipment operators. • Traffic safety flagging-- we pay for flagging card certification. • Assist installing sidewalks, curbs, light posts, trees, etc. REQUIREMENTS... • MUST live in, or commutable to Jersey City / Hoboken NJ. • Physically able to perform full time heavy labor tasks. • English; Spanish also helpful. • US citizen OR proof of US work status S.S. card Prefer valid drivers license or state ID EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: --Medical, Dental, Vision insurance - 401K - paid vacations & holidays, personal time off days. --PAID training & certifications for OSHA, FLAGGING & other courses.
