WMU enrollment down 7.1%... why?

So WMU enrollment is down 7.1% in the last year. WHY? I have children at both WMU as well as another University in the state. I can tell you there is a stark contrast between the services and engagement the university has with students between these 2 universities. And I say this as a WMU Alumni. Sad, but I hope they actually look in the mirror and get things straightened out!
