JOB DESCRIPTION As a Material Inventory Specialist at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for the accurate receipt of both Inventory goods and Non-Inventory goods, as well as maintaining inventory stock and delivering shipments received to internal customers. Additional responsibilities include performing inter-site shipments, cycle counts, inventory auditing, operating equipment in the warehouse, and following area procedures in a safe and efficient manner. You will also serve as an informational contact for both internal customers and Procurement buyers regarding Materials processes. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: • Ensure Timely and Accurate Receipts of both Incoming Inventory Shipments and Non-Inventory Shipments • Stock, Maintain, and Deliver Warehouse Inventory • Administer Inventory Control Functions • Prepare and Ensure Timely Deliveries of Identified Shipments to Internal and External Customers • Lead and/or Participate in Area Projects and Improvement Efforts • Provides assistance and information to other work groups • Promote a Safe Working Environment MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / PREFERRED SKILLS: If you are applying for this position, you have: • Strong attention to detail • Need to have a valid driver's license EDUCATION • High School Diploma is required SHIFT: • Weekday shift, 8 hour days, Monday-Friday
