Working the booth at The Pecan Street Festival sampling and selling hot sauce for Pepper Love. Sat. May 7 from 11am-5pm and Sun. May 8 11am-4pm. You will be trained for a few hours at the beginning of your shift the first day then work alone until 5, then you will be relieved for the rest of the event (it goes until 10pm). Sunday, someone will come and help you setup, then you will work alone until 4pm until you are relieved.
