The Position: Warehouse The Company: We are a premier bathroom remodeling company in the greater Austin region, specializing in fast turnaround, full-service, bathroom remodeling. Although we routinely remodel entire bathrooms, our model centers around patented and proprietary acrylic wall systems, replacement tubs, and shower bases. Function: The primary function of the warehouse worker is to manage inventory and maintain a clean work environment in the warehouse and around the facilities. Other jobs duties include the following: · Work Hours 6:30-3:30. With a mandatory 1-hour lunch break. · Trash emptied first thing in the morning in all offices with the rolling trash cans and make sure that there are extra trash bag liners in the bottom of all trash cans. · Vacuum the kitchen areas and mat/carpet on the warehouse side every morning. · As needed, make sure that both bathrooms remain clean. At least once a week clean the toilets and sinks. · Dump large trash cans in the warehouse when needed. · Keep the warehouses organized and spotless at all times. · Maintain a log for all trailer maintenance. · Keep the grounds around the building clean from debris and trash. · Assist the installers and plumber in loading/unloading vehicles and trailers. · Manage the entire inventory and account for all products in and out of the warehouse. · Receive products immediately and mark off the incoming products in the warehouse management software. · Manage all returned products and make sure that the proper paperwork is turned in. · Make sure that trailers are cabled together at the end of the day. · At times it will be required to perform general maintenance around the warehouse, office, and showroom. · On occasion, there will be times in which you will be required to work in the field or to allocate materials. During these times, you will need to use your personal vehicle and Re-Bath will fill your personal vehicle full of fuel on a periodic base. · Clean the front windows of the showroom once a week. · Other requests may periodically be made by the Managers. Traits: The successful candidate will possess the following traits and capabilities: · An insatiable desire and ability to produce a high-quality end-product for our clients, and achieve top-shelf quality ratings by those same customers for speed, detail orientation, quality, and service. Ability to focus on quality, including cutting in straight lines, paying attention to the small details. · A truck or van capable of towing a small box trailer used for transporting materials to the job site and hauling debris. · Clean cut, neat, dress appropriately, and have good personal hygiene habits. · Have basic hand tools. · A desire to learn. · Ability to occasionally work late or on weekends to complete jobs in a timely fashion · Some experience desired with cabinets or vanity work, granite or other solid surface tops, sheetrock tape, float, texture, painting, and other tangible remodeling skills. Compensation: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour with the possibility of advancement. Location: Our showroom and warehouse are located in Round Rock, Texas.
