Job description: At Kyle Chapman Motor Sales, you will work on both Asian and domestic vehicles. We are seeking honest, self-motivated individuals with their own tools for following positions: • Mechanic’s Apprentice • Paint & Body • Technician • Wrecker Driver Kyle Chapman Motor Sales Offers:  No Weekends: Our hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday thru Friday! (if you like to burn yourself out though, we won’t hold you back…)  No Drama: Family-owned business in operation for over 50 years. No CSI or factory rules to affect performance! The shop foreman is an ASE Certified Master Technician who constantly works with technicians and has the experience necessary to overcome most obstacles.  Bi-Weekly Pay: Bi-Weekly payroll is processed every other Friday. We pay you for what you’ve earned this week, not based on a funky bonus system that pays you next month for retroactive achievements you already accomplished.  Room to Grow: We have three sales locations, a body repair shop, an internal locksmith, a transportation department, and collections center. We are always expanding. Currently expanding into engine and transmission rebuilding so if you have experience apply now.  Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are always available and achievable. They could be daily, weekly, and monthly. Sometimes we just need a strong finish to the month or a surge of vehicles to the front line!  Hourly Pay: Steady pay without the need to chase book hours. We are constantly expanding!  Paid Training: We would like trained and licensed technicians in all fields and will gladly help our technicians get that training. We offer reimbursement for ASE certifications and have all the study guides in paper and digital format!  Shop Equipment: Shop supplied diagnostic equipment. We also have programming capabilities with current subscriptions to most manufacturers. Diagnostic software, Alldata, Shopkey, and Identifix.
