PDW Performance Driven Workforce is looking for Full Time Lead Autonomous Development Coordinators to support our customer with the development of autonomous vehicle hardware and software. This Lead Autonomous Development Coordinator position is based out of Austin, TX. and currently offers an AM Day shift or a PM Night shift! Shift Schedule: • AM Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday - Friday) • PM Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Monday - Friday) Retirees and veterans are welcome What you'll do: You will be a working leader and coordinator for a team of operational support associates with a key focus on individual performance and shift planning. Each day you will be on-site at a terminal, surrounded by the latest technology and executing on mission-critical activities to ensure safety and performance of autonomous vehicles. • Be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment. • Continually learn about the underlying technology of systems and products • Ensure vehicles are in proper ready state for all pre/post-mission operations through scripted inspections and calibrations. • Transfer Data from vehicles after post-mission operation. • Track daily asset usage and location through internal tooling. • Act as a pipeline of communication and support troubleshooting for multiple systems and vehicles platforms. • Collaborate with Service and assist with basic level service technical work. What you'll need to succeed: • Ability to serve as the working leader of a team, providing appropriate supervision while still contributing on an individual level. • Familiarity in diagnostics or troubleshooting of vehicles or complex equipment • Strong desire to learn new skills related to technology and software • High School Diploma or equivalent industry experience • Demonstrated customer service skills • Ability to lift up to 50lbs • Ability to spend the majority of time standing, sitting, crouching, entering / exiting vehicles. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Bonus Qualifications: • Prior leadership experience • Experience in asset management • Experience in resource planning and/or task prioritization Benefits: • Overtime When Available • Veteran Friendly Employer • We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance after your 60 days with Performance Driven Workforce • Work with Latest Automotive Technology Performance Driven Workforce is an Equal Opportunity Employer Easy Application Process!
