Seeking a maintenance technician to handle maintenance at multiple rental properties. We have an 850 unit portfolio. Ideal technician should have plumbing, electrical, and general home maintence experience. Most be someone that can properly manage their time, communicate and complete work orders in a timely manner. Must be able to handle most general repairs associated with a single family residence. Please do not apply without single family maintence skills.
