Our company is in need of part-time Painters to join our staff. You will be responsible for painting multi-family dwellings. Most of our work focuses on interiors of units after tenants move out and before new renters move in. However, we are occasionally in need of exterior painting work, which requires working safely at heights. Our preference is to hire someone with NO experience, and extensive training will be offered!! Keywords: Painter, Painting, Commercial Painting, Residential Painting, Drywall Painter Responsibilities: • Protect all nearby furnishings and building materials before and during every painting job • Paint the interiors of apartments, townhouses and other multi-family dwellings as required • Match paint samples for touch-ups and other small projects • Practice self-supervision on all jobs and ensure you complete each project in an efficient Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Highly organized and self-motivated • Quality conscious and detail-oriented • No Experience Necessary, we have an extensive training program Requirements: • Must have valid drivers license or State ID • Must be comfortable with heights / ladder work • Must have working cell phone • Must speak, read, and write English • Reliable transportation • Ability to complete projects on-time • Excellent communication and team-building skills Benefits: • Professional development assistance Schedule: • Part Time • As Needed • Weekend Availability • Overtime License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Contact: (334) 207-6384
