We have multiple properties with various levels of renovation to be completed in Cleveland and southeast suburbs. Looking for a good, affordable, and reliable crew. Must be able to do basic framing, drywall, painting, plumbing, setting kitchen cabinets, installing doors and fixtures, and laying tile. When you reply, let us know if you can also do any of the following specialty work: HVAC installation, roofing and exterior siding. Will price per job- looking for volume discount/preferred pricing due to the number of jobs. MUST HAVE general liability insurance and own crew. Serious inquiries only.
