Looking for a part-time handyman/maintenance worker.

I have a few properties that need maintenance, especially between the spring and fall. The large majority of work would be mowing lawns on a zero turn mower, but there will also be General landscaping, mulching etc. Possibly some power washing, painting, cleaning, all depends on your experience. Nothing too grueling, just general upkeep and maintenance of properties. Searching for someone that would like to work part-time. It would be a few days a week for about 3 to 6 hours per day, but this all changes based on the time of year. Willing to pay in cash, up to $20 an hour if you have experience, work quickly and do a good job.
