Edge Landscaping is seeking an experienced Maintenance Crew Leader to join our expanding team! This Crew Leader will lead a small crew with services for the Residential Maintenance Division. This is not just a crew leader position but a key role in which will manage the accounts and customers as well as the contract services. Requirements: Must have at least 2 years experience in the landscape industry Oversee assigned properties and insure that they are professionally maintained at all times Report any issues or improvements needed at assigned properties Utilize our smart phone/tablet based scheduling application to manage work performed (phone provided) Knows and follows all company safety, personnel, and procedure policies Ability to use a walk-behind mowers properly and knowledge of best mowing practices for each turf type Safely and efficiently operate lawn maintenance equipment and other tools including but not limited to edger, line trimmer, mower, backpack blower, hoe, shovel and pruners Identify and pull/remove weeds Maintains a clean and professional work site, truck/trailer, and uniform Assures proper securement of equipment for transport Represent the company with professionalism and with good public relations.
