Non-profit group needs several projects completed

We are searching for local business LLC type contractor for multiple projects. Must be insured and bonded. Some of the things we need completed are the following. Project 1: Large service/maintenance building needs fascia repairs in addition the whole building needs old paint removed and repainted. Project 2: Sidewalks around our mausoleum sidewalks need re-caulked in between the cracks. Project 3: Our main office building needs some carpentry trim work done around the outside of building, in addition to painting inside on restroom doors, trim along base boards, etcc. Project 4: Public restrooms in office need some work done light remodeling such as tile, rust removal around the toilets and wall from leaking toilets. Possibly replacement of current cabinets and sink(optional). Looking to obtain 3 bids here to present to my board of trustees.
