!!!Start Immediately Get Paid Weekly!!! We are looking to hire a Home Renovation Crew Member to be a part of our team. This role will primarily be focused on completing renovations on rental property homes/apartments. You will be a part of a small (2-3 people team) who will see projects from the demo stage to finish rehab completion. The team will be working directly with a project manager daily/weekly to see the renovations to completion. Strong skills in carpentry, flooring, drywall, and painting are preferred along with basic skills in plumbing and electric. On top of renovating homes, Tailwind Short Term Rentals manages over 50 rental units so additional work opportunities will be made available. All properties will be located within 10 min from Downtown Columbus. Work Hour Expectations: 40hrs a week, M-F 8:00am-4:00pm, potential for Sat/Sun hours. Requirements: Reliable access to transportation via a car, truck preferred to transport material. Provide your own tools. No past felonies. No active drug users.
