Oil change in Lockport

My car stalled in Lockport and I believe it’s because there’s too much oil car starts and everything but stalls think it can’t breathe. Being useless, I don’t know how to do an oil change and think it would be silly to try first try at such a critical moment I figure someone must know how to do an oil change around here. I have literally none of the tools for the job I can give you 30 dollars let me know please
