The Independence Heritage Museum has re-opened in its new location. We are looking for volunteers to staff the front desk. We ask that you volunteer at least once a week and for at least two hours. Front desk duties include greeting museum visitors, answering the phone, and helping visitors in our store. This opportunity is fun, easy going, but crucial to making the museum a welcoming place for all. Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older, fill out a volunteer application, and be available for an in-person meeting. Join our team at the museum! To complete a volunteer application you can 1) Submit online 2) Print the form and return it to us 3) Stop by the museum for a form 4) Call us and we can mail you one.
