You must be close because some jobs are small. • Must have a car. I’m not going to go pick you up. You must have a car you control. Not your bother is giving you a ride or my girlfriend will give me a ride. This never works out. • Must have a phone. • Must not have a problem working outside. • Having a few tools is always good. • Must dress halfway decent. Take baths. Pass a background check, and you will be going around people’s homes. I can tell you that these days you will be on camera all the time at home and prob on 25 cameras just diving into homes. Every house you drive past will have cameras on you. Most houses have a camera in every room of the house. • Being professional is a must. • Can be in High school or college • Someone that wants to learn handyman stuff Job #1 Looking for a young man or woman that is interested in learning the trade of home repair. You can be in school. This is a very part-time job that can have odd hours. You do not have to have experience, that is what you’re looking to get. I pay a fair wage and with a little experience, you will get % of the jobs. I will work with your schoolwork. Education is very important to me. I just ask is that when you say you’re going to show up your there. I can schedule jobs to help you. I have a short tolerance for not showing up unless you are dead or in the hospital. If you don’t want to show up there is someone that will, and I will try someone else. Home repair is a fun job and better than flipping hamburgers. If you don’t want to really learn but need a little extra spending money, just tell me. That is fine, there are a lot of jobs that you can do. Just show up and try that is the big thing. Job #2 Looking for someone that is already doing handyman work that has started buying their own tools or owns all their own tools and looking for work. I understand you will have your own work on the side. But there are times I need someone that knows a little more than “that is a screwdriver I think”.
