Landlord needs laminate flooring installed in Cedar Hill. Three rental properties, that are all occupied, have carpet in the living room and hallway (approximately 330 sq ft per property). In these two areas, we would like the carpet and padding removed and hauled away. We would like underlayment and click-lock laminate installed. Basic furniture moving in the living room areas required, shoe molding to be installed (estimate needed on how much to be purchased), moderate sub-floor prep (up to ¼”), ¼” cracks and dips filled in.
