My name Jose, I am a Luthier in Springfield offering repair, setup and customization services on your guitar, bass or acoustic. I have been building instruments for over 15 years and have worked for Taylor guitars setting up and repairing their acoustics as well as helping out many fellow musicians in San Diego and here locally. $60-Electric guitar(non trem), Bass, Acoustic $80-Electric guitar with tremolo(floyd rose/kahler) and 12-string Acoustic Why a flat rate? I was trained to inspect, assemble, and setup Taylor Acoustic guitars to spec in 30 minutes, it's a process I've repeated so many times that I'm confident in a up front price. SETUPS:15 point inspection -Tuner check -Truss rod adjust -Nut string height and edge round over -Fret buzz check -Fret rough end round over -Fret board cleaned and oiled -Neck bolts check -Pickup height adjust -Bridge inspect -Bridge intonation -String height adjust -Knobs and input jack tightened -Electronic connection and cavity check - Electronic contact cleaner use -Exterior finish and hardware cleaned and polished (*as every players preferences are different, strings are not included, please provide your own or I can order/pickup at an additional cost to the service*) For other services-contact me for a quote (discounts if Im already doing work for you!) - nut replacement -pickup install/custom electronics -cracked/broken headstock, body, neck -fret level/replacement -custom cnc logo, plates etc. Feel free to message me about your instrument, I'm a working musician myself so you don't pay until your happy with the job.
