Seeking person to mow lawns, once or throughout summer, ASAP

Seeking person to mow yards/lawns and week-whack around apartment complexes. Work once ASAP or on a continuing basis every week or, so as needed, during summer months. Use our mower and push weed-whacker or bring your own. Must mow with grass catcher and place grass clippings around base of shrubs/plants to help keep weeds and grass from growing. Lawns are currently overgrown and you MUST pay attention so you do not mow over any lose wires or plants we wish to save. We will attempt to mark any possible issues with marking paint prior to your arrival and point out what to look for to avoid any accidental plant damage. If desired we can forward you a marked diagram of the general areas to mow, along with the address (or addresses) so you can go by and check out the job prior to accepting the work. If interested you can also work: *Pulling weeds in flower beds and away from buildings where they are climbing the walls. *Clean driveways as needed (pick up trash and debris, sweep or pressure wash dirt away) *Trim back over grown plants/bushes, cut down wild black berries vines, trim back other edible berries growing on the property. *Fill holes in walking areas as needed. *Move old appliances to street for scrap metal hauler to pick up *General clean up around apartment buildings, pick up any garbage and debris etc. RESPOND via Email or Text: 1) When are you available to do the first mowing, days and times you want to work? 2) How much do you want to be paid per hour? We can pay you the day after the mowing is complete or once a week on Fridays after time-cards are turned in on Thursday evenings after work. We are flexible. 3) Are you also interested in preforming the other outdoor work mentioned in the ad as well? 4) Are you interested in mowing or preforming other work just once for some quick cash or are you available to do the work on a regular basis basis throughout the summer months?
