Our properties are located throughout Victor Valley area. Candidate must have a solid well rounded experience in framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, tiles, kitchen and bathroom remodel, concrete, decking, and other home improvement experience. Candidate must have their own tools, truck, utility trailer (ideal), and access to hiring helpers when needed. Candidate must be able to provide a precise budget and work within the budget. Ideal candidate should live and reside in San Bernardino county for ease of commute to job sites in Victor Valley. For the right candidate - after proven track record of completing projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional craftsmanship - they will be given profit sharing and/or equity ownership shares in the company.
