Throwing this out there for the right person to learn how to fix up houses and remodel homes. This isn't for everyone but the right person who is looking forward to their future for skills in the building trade. Have a house remodeling for rental property, and will have others in future to remodel and fix for rentals. Let me know what you are looking for, this is part time and looking for that person who has some time, energy and a good attitude. May have to crawl under houses, in attics or other work.
