$500 SIGNING BONUS AFTER 90-DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT The Yard Associate works with the Team at Del’s Truck Rentals to assure that equipment is in good working order, clean and ready to go out to the next rental customer. The Yard Associate reports to the Operations Manager. Full Time and Part Time Positions available Starting wage is $18 - $20 per hour depending on experience. Benefits after 90 days. PLUS A $500 SIGNING BONUS AFTER 90-DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT JOB REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete all areas outlined for this position in a satisfactory manner. BASIC FUNTIONS INCLUDE: Clean trucks and trailers Check fluids and equipment such as lights, windshield wipers, and other items to make sure everything is in working order for the next customer. Report any concerns to Manager. Fuel trucks when required. Stage equipment according to procedure preparing it for the next customer. EDUCATION Required: High school diploma or equivalent. LICENSING/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION Required: Valid State of Washington driver’s license. Must be able to pass a drug test. EXPERIENCE Working on automobiles, doing your own vehicle maintenance Working as a lot attendant or similar position. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must be able to operate rental vehicles and equipment. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from Customers. Must be polished, professional, a team player and have a positive “can do” attitude. Is organized, detail oriented and will perform work with minimal errors. Must be able to work with constant interruptions.
