After delivering remarks, Joe Biden took photos with Team USA Olympians and Paralympians on the South Lawn of the White House. Joe Biden yelled, “don’t jump!” during a photo opportunity with a Paralympic wheelchair basketball player. The wheelchair-bound athlete looked over at Joe Biden as attendees laughed. Yes Biden is that much of a dick head.
