Part-time handyman needed

We are looking for a handyman with their own tools, vehicle, and a broad skillset, with on-call availability (during the business day) for a wide variety of smaller jobs. This is for a short-term rental property management company in Charlotte with about 70 units, and projects range from troubleshooting a clogged toilet, to installing air filters, small drywall repair, furniture assembly, etc. Pay is $30/hr. Immediate work available, and for the right person this could possibly segue into a benefited FT job if interested. Please reply with name, resume, phone number.
