Female Singer and Rhythm Guitarist Needed for Oldies/Blues/Soul Band

Hello everyone! My name is Tyler and I'm a lead/rhythm guitarist in a local band that is specializing in doing 'old' music in a new and interesting ways. We have an interesting mix of songs from a lot of different artists and eras and have been doing our best to put our own spin on it. We're very blues and soul oriented but we're constantly developing and refining the sound. The core group has been practicing together since last fall and as of right now we have a solid hour and a half or so material and are powering our way up to two hours and (hopefully) are not too far away from gigging and starting to drill as many of the open mic's in the area as possible. We recently lost our lead vocalist and rhythm guitar player due to some family issues and would love to slot someone into their spots as soon as possible. A lot of our songs are traditionally meant for a female singer but we're also open to modifying them enough to let a male vocalist do them if we find the right person. We are also in need of a new rhythm guitarist to help add some backbone and take the pressure off of me having to play every single part in every single song. I'm not married to the lead position and would be totally cool with trading off for solo or lead duties if the vibe is right. We're very excited to get out and start playing publicly and all have plenty of gig experience outside of this current group. Hit me up if you're at all interested.
