JOB SUMMARY: The General Laborer will work in various departments within our manufacturing plant. The successful candidates must demonstrate safe work habits and have exceptional attendance. Successful candidates must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions and will work well alone or as part of a team. They will follow the direction of supervisors to complete tasks including assembly, blasting, molding, grinding, sawing, and general tasks. Responsibilities Complete work accurately and efficiently. Follow instructions from the supervisor. Communicate with supervisor and other employees. Operate equipment and use safe work habits. All other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1. No experience needed. The employer is willing to train. 2. Minimum age 18 due to Worker's Compensation Insurance requirements. 3. Ability to understand and follow established safety procedures. 4. Spanish language skills are a plus. 5. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods regularly. 6. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly. 7. Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel and reach above head. 8. Employer conducts pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
