Housekeeping/Maintenance Tech $16.00/hr. Full-time, Monday-Friday The clubhouse at this community is the hub of activity for the residents and it should always present well to those who walk through our front doors. Looking for a positive, reliable and enthusiastic person to add to our on-site residential community team. Candidate must be polite and courteous to residents, responsible and able to communicate and work closely with other staff members. Position to include the cleaning/wiping/dusting/vacuuming/taking trash out at lobbies, foyer, kitchens, mailrooms, corridors, restrooms and other community rooms and offices. In addition, the qualified candidate will also be assisting the on-site maintenance crew with resident work orders. Maintenance tasks include but not limited to building and ground maintenance. Duties included: • Assist with resident work orders. • Setting up and taking down stage & chairs for community events/performances. • Perform weekly trash and recycle maintenance of buildings. • Assist with replacing air filters and battery replacement for smoke detectors. • Clean parking garages • Removal of cobwebs • Additional maintenance duties may include from pressure washing to replacement a light bulb.
