Newine is charged withe second- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a firearm, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of second-degree menacing. The adolescent was charged with second-degree menacing and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Carr was charged with third-degree bail jumping.
