We are looking for Door to Door Canvassers to help out on some political campaigns! Must be comfortable working for and talking to people of all political persuasions and parties. Must be comfortable knocking on doors and having conversations with voters. Comfortable working outside on your feet for a full day. We start our day early and end it when the sun goes down. Reliable cell phone. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. About this project: We’re looking for a few team members to join a project in progress, talking to registered voters and persuading them to support a candidate or cause. It requires a lot of physical and intellectual energy. We spend a long day in the field, up to 6 days a week. (Overtime available) You must be comfortable working outside in all kinds of weather conditions. All of our projects are on tight deadlines, and we’re looking for people who share our sense of urgency. No Drama. We’re looking for reliable, motivated people who will show up to work every day. About You: Outgoing: Must be comfortable talking to people in person. Articulate and Persuasive: Must be able to explain complicated political issues quickly.
