Found dog, owner no longer wants

Description

I found a dog wandering around, so sweet and well behaved but very uncared for. He seems to have some sort of skin condition. I found the owner, who stated they no longer want him and to just keep him. As per my landlord, I am not allowed to keep him permanently he was fine with me keeping him while we located the owner but that was it. Looking for a nice home for this very sweet dude.
