Seeking military service personnel for a full-time groundskeeper to maintain all common areas of a community. We are looking for someone to be fully responsible for (and take great pride in) the appearance of a single neighborhood.
Duties include:
1. Mowing and trimming common areas along roadways and entrance
2. Weeding Flower Beds
3. Trash/Debris Pickup
4. Minor Tree Trimming
5. General Maintenance
Applicants should have:
1. A high sense of pride in their work
2. Attention to detail
3. Familiarity with mowers, string trimmers, edgers and possibly chain saws or pole saws
4. Ability to work by themselves without close supervision or direction
5. The right to legally work in the U.S. (i.e., proof of social security number or other identifier)
Lawn service or landscaping experience a bonus, but not required.
Employees are eligible for bonuses and a fuel card to assist getting to and from work. Anyone serving in the reserves will be eligible for paid time off for training / service commitments.
