Extremely busy Home Remodeler who does full blown remodels for various hedgefunds and investors. From roofs to floors. Seeking an Electrician/journeyman to handle our repairs with any issues in residential houses to include : Troubleshooting Running new wires/switches R&R fuse panels Most of the work is in Winterhaven,mulberry and surrounding areas. Must have own tools and reliable transportation. If you don’t answer your phone aka bad communication skills, please do not contact me. When we get homes, it’s very important to be Able to reach my trades. Pay can be hourly or piece work at$25 hourly x estimated time it takes to repair a certain item.
