We are a very busy estate sale company serving the Columbia area for over 22 years. Currently, we need dependable employees to help us with our busy sale schedule. Responsibilities include everything involved in preparing a sale. This would involve set-up, display and pricing, with training, day of sale responsibilities including positive customer interaction and cashiering. We are especially interested if you have leadership and organizational skills that would allow you to work towards sale management. Most sales are in Columbia, MO but we do outlying towns occasionally. Different location each week. Requirements: *Reliable, honest and trustworthy *Dependable transportation *A team player. *Physical ability to be on your feet for long hours with light to medium lifting *References *Background check Benefits: *Flexible schedule. Most weeks you will receive as many hours as you request but not guaranteed. *Hourly rate starting at 11.15 p/h with potential for increases as you gain experience and responsibilities *Profit sharing after 6 months *Holidays off plus we take a break around the Christmas holidays.
