Boss Frog’s is seeking a road and e-bike mechanics for full-service Bike Shops with variety of bicycle types at Boss Frog's. Shifts are 8am to 5pm, located in Lahaina Sunday-Monday and Kihei Tuesday-Thursday. May be some flexibility on days of week worked. Position maintains bikes for our bike rental service for the tourism industry, sells related products, and operates bike shop. Position instructs customers on self-guided e-bike tours and bike safety. This is a mechanic and customer service position. Willing to train person with related mechanical experience. Competitive wages, commissions, and bonuses - average compensation total $20-$25 per hour Full time positions provided Health Insurance + paid Vacation time. 401K plan Responsible for maintaining bikes in safe operating conditions within deadlines. Responsible for instructing customers on bike safety and local conditions. Strong, professional verbal and written customer service and bike mechanic skills. Organized and ability to maintain organized shop. Computer proficiency with the ability to learn. We use AL-Desk system High school Diploma or equivalent. Speak, read and write English.
