Hi there!! I am a stay-at-home mother of 2 that is going back to work for the first time in 5 years!! My husband and I are looking for a nanny to look after our 2 children, a 4-year old boy, and a 2-year old girl. Our perfect match would be someone who is comfortable with a flexible schedule, willing to come to our home (Wailua area), make sure the kids get outdoors time at least once a day (weather permitting), and reading time. Schedule would probably be different just about every week, but you would most likely be looking at 3-5 days a week, about 5 hours a day, at most. Our 4 year old is FULLY potty trained, our 2 year old, still in diapers. Our children are NOT special needs, and are very well behaved, fun little people. Pay would be $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience and whatnot. Paid in cash (or cashiers check), every week.
