A beautiful orchestra of sounds that will allow you to go deep into a meditative journey to find home within yourself. Join us for an hour-long, deep-relaxation experience that will introduce you to the health and wellness benefits of the ancient art of sound healing (also known as sound bath or sound meditation) This special sound bath is designed to be a deeply restful experience focused on restoration and resetting ourselves back into alignment. This session will leave you feeling rejuvenated and more grounded within yourself so you can feel excited for all the new opportunties that awaits you for the rest of the year. Please bring your own pillow, blanket and yoga mat. Eye pillows/masks are also suggested for a deeper experience.
