Property Management Rental Division Seeking an Entry Level Candidate for Various Maintenance Duties. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to partially work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. This position will include on the job training. Knowledge on how to operate standard power tools Ability to paint and do minor drywall repairs Basic Electrical knowledge in order to replace light fixtures, ceiling fans, light switches, etc. Basic knowledge of plumbing in order to replace garbage disposals, sink faucets, etc Ability to climb ladder without fear to access a roof for cleaning off debris Valid Driver’s License Reliable and punctual Positive attitude Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
