Maintenance Person needed to take care of grounds and clean units at several storage facilities in Midland, Odessa. Also to clean and lubricate shipping containers for sale. Grounds maintenance includes, killing weeds, cleaning the yards, cleaning out units including shipping containers, cleaning out U-haul trucks, etc. If you have forklift experience to move and load shipping containers, that is a plus. We offer a small studio apartment to stay in 1/2 mile from a Super Walmart in Midland, and a company truck to drive. Pay is DOE. PLEASE RESPOND WITH A RESUME.
