Neuroscience of Inclusion: the key to customer relationship building
Agents play a unique role in maintaining and sometimes re-establishing a connection with the customer, navigating through their potential misunderstandings or fatigue. To assist in this constant relationship building, we look at the neuroscience of inclusion: understanding your own brain state and the brain states of others, considering how that impacts a relationship. We will also highlight how emotional intelligence helps to better understand your customer and ways to work effectively through different dimensions of diversity.
